Payment & Refund Policy

Payment Methods: Payments can be made through our website, invoice, or Zelle.

Payment for Commencement: ChanelCreatives require full payment before we begin any design work on your project.

For significant projects, a deposit may be considered. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance for the project must be paid in full before the final design files are delivered.

Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. Once an order is in progress, refunds may not be issued under any circumstance. Once payment is made, you may not cancel or reverse your order. 

 

ChanelCreatives is committed to providing exceptional graphic design services and ensuring a positive client experience. To maintain a fair and efficient working relationship, we value your feedback and strive to address any concerns promptly and professionally.

Cancellation Policy

As designs are custom-made and require significant time and effort, cancellations may result in the loss of any payments made.

If a client needs to cancel a project, they must notify ChanelCreatives immediately.

Please note that no refunds will be issued for project cancellations.

To rebook a project after a cancellation, full payment will be required in advance.

Revision Policy

We want you to love your design! To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer three free revisions per design.

  • Free Revisions: You can request up to three revisions within 5 days of receiving the initial design at no extra cost.
  • Additional Revisions: After the initial three revisions, a small fee of $20 will apply for each additional change.
  • Major Changes: Major changes such as a redesign may require additional fees or a new project agreement.

Turnaround Time Policy:

  • Project Start: Your project's estimated turnaround time begins once we receive all the necessary information and design forms from you. 


    Please note that the turnaround time for your project is contingent upon the timely receipt of all required information and assets from the client. Delays in providing necessary details may extend the estimated completion date.

  • Timeframe: Please note that turnaround times typically exclude weekends and holidays.
  • Rush Orders: For urgent projects, a rush fee of $40 may apply.
  • Realistic Expectations: We strive to meet your deadlines, but please understand that unreasonable deadlines may not always be feasible.

Communication Policy:

  • Open Communication: We believe open and timely communication is essential for a successful design project. We will keep you updated throughout the process, and we appreciate your prompt responses to our requests.
  • Design Forms: To ensure a smooth start, please submit all required design forms within 14 days of receiving them. A fee of $50 may be applied if the forms are not submitted within this timeframe.

Feedback Policy:

    ChanelCreatives values your input and strive to create designs that you absolutely love! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable design process, here's how we'll work together:

    • Regular Updates: We'll keep you in the loop throughout the project, sharing key milestones and design updates along the way.
    • Feedback Sessions: We'll schedule convenient times to discuss the design in detail and address any questions or concerns you may have.
    • Sharing Your Thoughts: You can provide feedback through email or during our scheduled sessions.
    • Constructive Feedback: Your honest and constructive feedback is invaluable. It helps us refine the design and ensure we're on the right track.
    • Timely Feedback: To keep the project moving smoothly, please provide feedback within the agreed-upon timeframe.
    • Let's Work Together: By working together and sharing your thoughts, we can create a design that perfectly meets your needs and exceeds your expectations.

    Client Agreement:

    By signing this agreement, the client acknowledges that they have carefully read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined in ChanelCreatives' policies, including but not limited to the Payment & Refunds Policy, Cancellation Policy, Turnaround Policy, Communication Policy, Dispute Resolution Policy, Revision Policy, and Feedback Policy. The client will receive a separate contract to sign via the client portal to confirm their acceptance of these terms.
